In the nude

nude heelsA short & sweet review of all my nude heels in my closet. I’ve also included similar shoes in the widgets below each category (including designer dupes!) One of the pairs is super uncomfortable!! Can you guess which ones? I think you’ll be surprised!

The nude pump

My favourite pair of heels in this post. 💕💗💕Louboutin knows how to make the perfect nude colour which compliments my skin tone. They are also insanely comfy. The heel is 100mm and the inner lining of the shoe has molded to the shape of my feet. This is the pair I have. Plus a little red sole never hurt anybody. (Read about my love of Loubis here.)

Lace up wedges

My fiancé spotted these shoes in a shop window in Florence. And I loved them! I found the brand’s (Bata) website but it doesn’t look like they sell shoes online. Here’s their web page if you are interested. They are very light and walking in them is a dream. They remind me of the Chloé lace up sandals (#2 in widget below).

Strappy sandal with elaborate detail

These are a pair from Whistles and must be 4 years old now! I wore them on my first date with the fiancé so they are extra special ☺️ I love this caged sandal look. It adds a bit of extra detail but as it’s still nude it goes with everything. I’ve tried to find some similar styles below.

‘Barely there’ sandal

You’ve probably seen this heel everywhere this spring. And it will be everywhere this summer. It’s just a very flattering look to elongate the leg. They look good on almost everyone. Believe it or not these are by far my most uncomfortable pair! (I have the Steve Madden version.) I had the worst sores on the back of my heels from the straps. They cut in so much! I’m very nervous to wear them again so you have been warned!!

Valentino Rockstuds

These are my really trendy pair of nude heels. I waited a while to buy the Valentino rockstuds. In all honesty, I didn’t like them at first! But then I saw a photo on Pinterest of a bride with them on and it just clicked. And I needed them in my life. I definitely do not regret the purchase – I mean they are just are just STUNNING and relatively comfortable. Below are some other amazing, trendy heels which in my opinion will remain as classics. The Gianvito Rossi pumps (#4 below) are high up on my ‘want’ list (…must have) 😍😍😍

The sky high heel

These are my Louboutin Pigalles. I will not lie ….I cannot last very long in them or else my feet hate me. But they are beautiful and I do love them. I had to add gel inserts to make them a bit more comfy. Sky high heels make your legs looks super long but the heel height is bruuuuutal.

I hope you find some style inspiration from this. Let me know which nude heels you’re wearing this summer….👠🌞

  • Not going to lie, I’m not a sky high heels kind of girl so if I were to decide on Loubs, I’d go for the Decollete or Pigalle in 85 mm. I’d buy the same height in a pair of nude rockstuds. I’m such a granny, lol!

    • Honey I don’t know any granny that wear studded heels!!! To be honest my feet can’t really handle the sky high ones for too long. I only wear them when I know it’s max of 3 hours on my feet. The Decollete might be my faves everrrr. They are so comfy! And the rock studs are just classic with the right bit of edge. The sky high heels with platforms like the Biancas are surprisingly comfy. I have them in black and they are some of my go tos.
